VolksElektronik was founded in 2006 in Suzhou Industrial Park's New Technology Research and Development Base which is the cooperation enterprise of China and Germany. We can provide complete services for sensor design, production and selling. We professionally produce oxygen sensors of Automobile and Motorcycle. We now have special series available for German car series, Japanese car series and domestic car series. At present, Volkse has formed a complete set with several domestic automobile and EFI motocycle manufacturers and OEM service. We have mass production to export to Europe, America, Middle-East and Southeast Asia.

2000 year Volkse R&D Team started to research Oxygen Sensor
2001 year Volkse R&D Team went to Germany for further studying
2003 year Volkse R&D Team have successfully developed unique their new formula for Zirconium Tube
2004 year First Own Oxygen sensor of Volkse came in being in the lab of Cologne,Germany.
2005 year The first assembly line was formed

2007 year Volkse applied and obtained National Utility Model Patent
Feb.2008 year The National Vehicle Model Approval Certification of Volkse Oxgyen sensor matching with Jiangnan Automobile was officially announced
Jun.2008 year TS16949 Manage System was introduced;
Sep. 2008 year High temperature, low temperature and altitude sickness test of Oxygen Sensor for EFI Motorcycle were successfully passed
2009 year Volkse signed contract with FAW for approval OEM VW automobile series.

Quality Assurance

1)Quality System: We only source from and represent ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified factories. We own a 22,00 sqm area office and facility where our quality engineers will perform a random inspection on our products at each production stage to ensure quality before loading for export.

2)Performance test:Volkse's Oxygen Sensor has been successfully passed the
performance test of National Motor Vehicles Inspection Center

3)Application life-span Test:The using life-span of car oxygen sensor is from 60 to 120 thousand kilometers. The average life-span of Oxygen Sensor is 100 thousand Kilometers by proving ground test of Taxi.

4) Test method: Torque test, Watertight test and Vibration test
